Lebanon Concept Store: Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Lebanon Concept Store platform. By registering as a vendor and listing your products, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your use of the platform.
1. Introduction
1.1 The Platform (www.lebanonconceptstore.com) acts as a disclosed agent connecting shoppers with Vendors for purchasing Products. All Products listed on the Platform are owned and supplied by the Vendor.
1.2 By using the Platform, the Vendor agrees to adhere to the terms outlined herein.
2. Products and Pricing
2.1 Vendors must ensure that all listed Products comply with applicable laws and are not prohibited, dangerous, banned, unlawful, or counterfeit.
Β 2.2 The Vendor is solely responsible for the quality, warranties, and any production defects of their Products.
Β 2.3 Product prices listed on the Platform must match or be lower than those on other online platforms or physical points of sale.
2.4 All Product prices listed on the Platform must be inclusive of VAT.
3. Payments
3.1 Vendors can now choose between two packages which will be communicated and confirmed by email:
- Basic Package (20% commission)
- Premium Package (30% commission), which offers additional vendor benefits.
The Platform will transfer the Vendorβs earnings, minus the selected package commission, within 15 business days after the end of each month, provided the minimum payout threshold of USD 100 is met.
For earnings below USD 100, payments will be made in cash only. For earnings of USD 100 or more, payments can be made either in cash or via bank transfer, as per the Vendorβs preference.

3.2 The Vendor must provide an invoice for the total sales amount to process the payout.
Β 3.3 Each Party is responsible for its own taxes, including sales tax and VAT. The Vendor remains accountable for VAT obligations related to the supply of goods under their local VAT regulations.
4.Β Β Β Β Orders, Packaging and FulfilmentΒ
4.1Β The Vendor should dispatch the Products within maximum of four (4) business days after a customerβs order.Β
4.2Β The Vendor commits to providing accurate shipping information.Β
4.3Β The Vendor agrees to avoid using excessive, unnecessary or oversized packing and wrapping material with their Products to reduce their size and weight as much as possible before handling them to the delivery company to prevent double packing and high shipping costs.Β
4.4Β The Vendor should ensure that the Products listed for sale are always available for purchase by the Shopper and, maintain the stocks of Products updated and accurate to the information provided on the Platform. When the Vendor is not available to prepare and sell their items, the Vendor should inform the Platformβs support team to temporarily remove the listed items off the Platform until the Vendor is back in business.

4.5Β The Vendor should pack the Products in the packaging provided by the Platform in accordance with the packaging terms and conditions as stated in Packaging Guidelines, and all generally accepted industry standards and practices that are applicable.
5. Delivery and Returns
5.1 Vendors must have Products ready for pick-up by the delivery company on the specified pick-up date.
5.2 For returned orders, the Platform will organize the return of Products to the Vendor on a monthly basis.
5.3 Vendors are liable for fees related to wrong, missing, or defective orders, including shipping, customs, and payment gateway fees.
6. Vendor Responsibilities
6.1 Vendors must provide accurate Product details, including photos, descriptions, prices, weight, dimensions, and SKU.
Β 6.2 Vendors must adhere to the Platformβs photography guidelines.
6.3 Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions provided by the Vendor. Any inaccuracies leading to additional fees will be charged to the Vendor.
Β 6.4 Vendors must comply with the Platformβs Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
7. Marketing and Promotion
7.1 Both the Platform and Vendors may engage in marketing and promotion of the Products.
7.2 Vendors must credit the Platform when using photos or content provided by the Platform on their website or social media.
7.3 The Platform may request Vendor participation in promotional campaigns and events.
7.4 Vendors must provide free Product samples for photoshoots and content creation.
Β 7.5 Vendors agree to supply Products for influencer or promotional activities free of charge when pre-approved by the Vendor.
8. Termination
8.1 This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either Party with a 30-day written notice.
8.2 The Platform may terminate the agreement immediately in the event of a material breach by the Vendor that is not remedied within 30 days.
9. Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to keep all communication and information confidential and not disclose it to third parties unless required by law.
10. Amendments
The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be communicated to Vendors, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Ras Al Khaimah.
11.2 Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Dubai International Financial Center.
12. Force Majeure
Neither Party will be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, wars, or government actions.

14. Right to Approve or Deny Submissions
The Platform reserves the sole right to review, approve, or deny any Vendorβs submission. Acceptance is not guaranteed, and Vendors will be contacted if their submission is approved.
